I realised that I should tee the ball redd due to the lower CG of the XL and line the ball more towards the toe of the club as the ball marks showed I have been hitting closer to the hosel.

I felt like my average distance was hurt by not being able to freely release the club for fear of the hook. The regular XL is great, and in fact it has a bit bigger face to hit with.
I have always been a Titleist man but reluctantly I have to say that this driver puts them to shame. Tons of clubface, and it sits on the ground very nicely — not closed.
I plan on hitting both but wonder what other peoples experience has been.
